As a young professional fresh out of college, I'm still not entirely sure what $10,000 actually means or how much it really is, but I do know that it is a decent amount of money. Obviously, it isn't possible for me to win the Cash Stash Contest. However, if I had $10,000 to spend, I would definitely go to a great sporting event, but which one would it be?

There are plenty of choices, none of which are "wrong." There's the World Series, NBA Finals, and Super Bowl. However, there's absolutely no way I could pass up on a chance to go to Augusta, Georgia to watch The Masters. When one thinks of the word "perfection," Augusta National is one of the best ways to describe the seemingly indescribable. All the history and all the pageantry of Augusta National is well worth any amount of money that I could ever come up with or use.

Many people wouldn't even consider The Masters if Tiger Woods wasn't playing in it. In all fairness, watching it on television honestly isn't the same without Tiger, but The Masters at Augusta is possibly the only tournament in golf where the event is bigger than any name that may or may not be playing in it. The course is always the story, every single year, and getting to witness one of the greatest sporting events in the world would allow me to officially check off one of those pesky bucket list items.
