NBA Commissioner Adam Silver says "stay tuned" for a regular-season game in Africa as Chris Paul and others prepare to play the league's first exhibition on the continent.

Silver didn't give an exact time frame but said Thursday in South Africa that a pre-season and, ultimately, a league game was the aim, with the NBA on a "fast track" to build its brand in soccer-crazy Africa.

Silver and 20 top NBA players, led by Paul and two-time All Star Luol Deng, are in Johannesburg for the exhibition game Saturday featuring a Team World versus Team Africa.

Some of the players are also taking the chance to go on a safari and visit the foundation of Nelson Mandela.
