Louisiana Tech coach Skip Holtz has studied Auburn's game film from both this season and last, and comes away far more impressed with the 2014 version of the Tigers.

Holtz says it is "scary" how much better Auburn is now than during last season's run to the Southeastern Conference title and national championship game.

The fifth-ranked Tigers (3-0) will host the Bulldogs (2-2) on Saturday seeking Auburn's 300th win at Jordan-Hare Stadium.

The Tigers are 32.5-point favorites.

One challenge for Auburn will be not to look ahead to the six consecutive ranked SEC opponents awaiting after this game. Cornerback Jonathan Jones says coach Gus Malzahn has reminded the Tigers "to never overlook any opponent."
