As we all rush to prepare for the holidays and plan travel for the new year, this week serves as a great time to reflect on the blessings we've enjoyed. But it's also a great time to give to others. Whether its donated time or money, this season is most enjoyed when you can share the holiday cheer.

That's why we wanted to share this story with you in case you were looking for a way to help someone.

Lora Tucker Kaasch, an Alabama alum living in Texas, reached out to tell us about a friend of hers, Nora Conn, who has been battling lung cancer for the past two years. Nora's wish is to see the Crimson Tide play in person, an experience the entire Bama nation can appreciate.

Lora created a gofundme page to help raise money for Nora's wish, which you can visit here. The goal is to raise $2,500 to cover the cost of travel to New Orleans to see Alabama play Ohio State in the second College Football Playoff semifinal. Visit the page for more information.

We hope Alabama fans everywhere are able to enjoy this holiday season.
