Almost two weeks after a return from one injury, DeAndrew White might be sitting out again with another on Saturday.

Alabama coach Nick Saban revealed during his weekly radio show Thursday night that White sprained his toe against Florida and will likely be a game-time decision for the Crimson Tide's SEC road opener at Ole Miss.

"I think he will be available to play, I just don't know how much he'll be able to play in the game," Saban said. "We're hoping to spot play him, but it will probably be a decision we make in the pregame depending on how he's moving around."

White, a fifth-year receiver, has not been at full strength in every media-viewing practice since the Florida game on Sept. 20. During the bye week, White rode a stationary bike wearing a black, non-contact jersey and walking boot on his left foot. This week, he caught passes but did not run routes with the other receivers.

It's the second injury White has suffered this season. In the season opener against West Virginia, he separated his shoulder, forcing him to miss the Crimson Tide's second and third games this season.

"He's been unlucky when it comes to injuries," Saban said.

Despite the missed time, White is second on the team in catches with 12 and only 28 yards shy of the second-most receiving yards on the team with 121.
