Alabama continued its preparations for Arkansas on Wednesday in the media's final look at the team before Saturday. The Crimson Tide practiced in full pads.

Observations:

- Offensive lineman Arie Kouandjio was back working as the first-team left guard. He had been limited the past two days, watching his fellow offensive linemen from the side.

- Alphonse Taylor was getting reps with the first-team offensive line at right guard. That spot has been held by Leon Brown for most of this season, although Taylor has received reps there during practice on a few occasions already this season. It could be nothing more than just an experiment.

- Offensive lineman Grant Hill is still missing practice due to an illness he has had since the beginning of last week.

- Running back Tyren Jones (finger) wore a black, non-contact jersey with a cast on his left hand. When Alabama coach Nick Saban announced his injury during the bye week, he said Jones had surgery for a torn tendon in his finger and would be out for several weeks.

- Dillon Lee continues to work with the outside linebackers, likely due to Denzel Devall (ankle) being forced to sit out for a few weeks.

- A Tennessee Titans scout watched practice from the sideline.

Saban and selected players will speak to the media after practice starting around 6 p.m.
